Candidate Search
We then engage all necessary recruiting techniques available to locate ideal candidates. This process includes, but is not limited to, internet search, print and electronic advertising, candidate referral, and industry executive networking.
Assessment
At SUTTON & BRIMLEY STAFFING SOLUTIONS we guarantee that all possible candidates first meet 100% of basic qualifications for the position. Candidates are then screened for work history as directed by the client. Any candidates that meet the above criteria are then interviewed and, if required, administered testing and a behavior based questionnaire by our Recruiting staff to ensure we find the most qualified candidates for your organization.
Primary Candidates
Following the above recruitment and screening process, candidates that are deemed the most likely fit for your organization will be presented for your review and possible introduction. All interview arrangements during the selection process will be conducted by our professional recruitment staff.
Final Selection
Once the final selection has been made, SUTTON & BRIMLEY STAFFING SOLUTIONS will assist in employment negotiations (if required), present the job offer to the selected candidate and finalize all pertinent details to ensure a successful placement.
